The Snyk Customer Value study was created based on feedback from over 500 customers in order to understand the most important value drivers within customer organizations, how much quantifiable benefit they’ve realized through leveraging the Snyk platform & how Snyk customers think about their return on investment.

Some key findings from the report include:
  • Snyk customers fixed over 50M vulnerabilities in the past year (a 4.9x increase per customer organization)
  • The average customer organization realized an average ROI of $1.59M based on automation & developer efficiency gains by shifting left with Snyk
  • Customers report being 1.8x more likely to reach shift left maturity with Snyk as compared to alternatives
