We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Backend Team Leader to join our growing Backend Team. As a Backend TL you will work closely with the founding team on building an exciting and unique new AppSec management tool. This is a high-impact role with huge influence on the product and development cycle, as well as the culture and organization of our R&D team. The Team Leader will work closely with the CTO, Chief Architect, Product Team, R&D team leaders and developers.

• Build complex, high-scale data pipelines
• Design a user-friendly query language
• DB modeling
• Build RESTful APIs
• Design and develop Enso’s core data model
• Manage and mentor team of engineers
• Be responsible for team delivery
• Be responsible for developers personal growth and well being
• Define and prioritize the teams' technical roadmap

• At least 5 years of experience in web development
• At least 2 years of managing a team of developers while being hands-on
• High level JavaScript skills
• Experience with TypeScript/NodeJS
• Experience with MongoDB
• Experience in DB/Data modeling
• Fast learner, able to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bs.c (or higher) in relevant fields (CS/MATH) or Military service in technological unit
