Build and develop a marketing strategy that communicates our value proposition to drive awareness and create demand. This will include messaging and positioning, product marketing, content marketing, digital marketing, advertising and communications.
Drive the execution of the marketing plan through internal resources and outsourced functions.
Generate pipeline activity through organic and paid strategies.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research of ecosystem players and trends to inform effective marketing campaigns.
Evaluate and optimize our marketing strategies to meet pipeline and revenue goals on an ongoing basis.
Prior experience as Marketing Director in cybersecurity or B2B enterprise software company.
Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
Proven abilities to translate customer needs and market demand into sharp and compelling messaging, content, and campaigns targeting the U.S. market.
Native English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of digital marketing.
Experience in conducting customer/market research and analyses.
An analytical and detail-oriented approach to challenges.
CRM platform fluency (Hubspot and Salesforce) for building and monitoring workflows and reports.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, complex startup environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable speaking directly with prospects, customers, investors, analysts, media and the community.
