Head of Customer Success

About the position

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Customer Success professional to build the team and lead both customer success and professional services efforts within the organization.

This is a high-growth opportunity for someone that is looking to build a team from scratch in a rapidly growing company.   • Be our first customer success person!
  • Establish and manage the Customer Success group at Enso.
  • Build the customer relation methodology while leading a customer-driven approach in the company.
  • Lead both “classic” Customer Success and professional services efforts.
  • Take a leading role in building and improving the Enso platform by working closely with R&D and Product teams.


  • 5+ years experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success, account management or equivalent.
  • Managerial experience, preferably with leading a global Customer Success team.
  • Experience in the domain of cyber security, management tools, or big data products - advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a “can do” approach
  • Well organized and process-driven style of work
