We are looking for a passionate and experienced PMO / Program Manager to join the R&D team and support our VP R&D in managing our cross-organization development efforts.

• Act as the company PMO by leading the development program, including meeting KPIs and milestones, timeline management, and deliverable tracking in a cross-dependency environment.
• Partner up with our VP R&D in decision making and managing the day to day group activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Customer Success and Sales.

• 3+ years experience as a PMO/Program Manager or experience in similar roles involving Web SaaS products
• Significant experience in leading processes and methodologies in an agile environment
• BSc. in Industrial Engineering/Computer Science or an equivalent technological background
• Managerial experience - big advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills and a “can do” approach
• Well organized and process-driven style of work
